Dick Richman – a corrupt Wall Street type, a ghastly suited figure with a gun and a terrible grin – is the central character in New York-based Italian artist Federico Solmi’s “Douche Bag City,” a video panel installation that recently showed in Washington, D.C.

OOTS News recently caught up with Solmi by phone to ask him what it all means.
