Matthew Glans, Midwest Director for the Center on Finance, Insurance and Real Estate at The Heartland Institute, speaks with Andrew Moylan, Vice President of Government Affairs at the National Taxpayers Union regarding their new study co-released by US Public Interest Research Group. The report, titled “Toward Common Ground,” makes several specific suggestions that NTU and PIRG believe are common-sense, bipartisan cuts to government spending.
