A June 4, 2012 R Street Institute notice describes the former OutOfTheStormNews.com as the flagship publication of the former Center on Finance, Insurance and Real Estate and says that publication moved to R Street and was renamed. That record concerns the former publication. The current Out of the Storm News does not claim to be that organization, its successor, or an affiliate of R Street, Heartland, C-FIRE, or former editors.
